Job Description
- Set shipment plans based on product availability and customer requests
- Plan expenditures and monitor transportation costs
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and handling their complaints.
- Responsible for arranging all the shipments related to exportation.
- Maintains supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Ensures compliance with global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
- Review the shipping firm invoice with the loading plan to determine the shipping cost per product and customer.
- Ensure dispatch of export goods as per the relevant export standards (checklists) as per each destination country.
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure that the process of import and export of goods is working effectively.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, warehouse stock, and means of transport.
- Create updated documentation for (invoices, and bills of lading).
- Collect all necessary export/import documents like (B/L, COO, Insurance certificate, SGS, SAD, and Certificate of origin).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business
- Experience: 1-3 Years of experience as a Logistic Specialist.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Prevent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field.
- Knowledge about all Nafeza issues
- Excellent in English Language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- APICS or other forecasting Certification preferred.
- Location: Obour City (provided transportation)
