Job Description

  • Set shipment plans based on product availability and customer requests
  • Plan expenditures and monitor transportation costs
  • Responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and handling their complaints.
  • Responsible for arranging all the shipments related to exportation.
  • Maintains supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
  • Ensures compliance with global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
  • Review the shipping firm invoice with the loading plan to determine the shipping cost per product and customer.
  • Ensure dispatch of export goods as per the relevant export standards (checklists) as per each destination country.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to ensure that the process of import and export of goods is working effectively.
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, warehouse stock, and means of transport.
  • Create updated documentation for (invoices, and bills of lading).
  • Collect all necessary export/import documents like (B/L, COO, Insurance certificate, SGS, SAD, and Certificate of origin).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business
  • Experience: 1-3 Years of experience as a Logistic Specialist.
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Prevent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge about all Nafeza issues
  • Excellent in English Language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • APICS or other forecasting Certification preferred.
  • Location: Obour City (provided transportation)
