Job Description
· Continuous internal communication with global pole managers/transportation teams
· Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics process
· Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership for International Trade Compliance, identify report and resolve any trade compliance issues
· Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers on the status of orders.
· Follow-up clearance of goods.
Endorsement of shipping documents.
* Entering data for all shipments in its related sheets.
* Ensure full conformity of purchases with authorized levels.
* Following up with suppliers the flow of the goods (Quantity- Timing)..
* Manage the necessary documentation of every shipment.
* Filing of shipping documents and for suppliers data/e-mails.
* Follow up the imported shipments from its departure starting from the exporter port till its arrival to the stores and taking necessary procedures for that.
* Perform any other tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in high.
· Proven experience in export logistics, preferably in freight company or care health.
· Familiarity with import/export documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
