Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
Follow up all import cycle related to our products
Follow up shipping process & cycle.
Responsible for all supply chain duties
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations and logistics.
Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Tracking and fixing shipping errors
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Managing distribution and shipment budgets
Establish, maintains & develop required vendors’ relations.
Preparing bills and invoices.
Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
Maintain purchase orders records.
Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
Monitor & coordinate logistic processes to ensure proper shipments delivery.
Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
Receive and review shipping docs from the service providers.
