Qualifications
Tender Management:
- Respond to Quotation requests from customers.
- Assist in preparing pre-bid documents and submitting bids for tenders (RFPs, RFQs).
- Manage tender deadlines and ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Track tender results and communicate outcomes to the sales team.
Other Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain sales pipeline reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the sales team and customer promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Estimator’s role or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
