Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Production Engineer (2–5 years’ experience) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in frozen fruits or vegetable processing and want to further develop their skills in a modern, export-oriented facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production operations, ensuring targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met.
  • Monitor and optimize IQF and blast freezing processes for fruits and vegetables.
  • Ensure compliance with El Boushi’s strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control policies.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records and support audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Food, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing (preferably frozen fruits/vegetables).
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
