- Mastering of our Operations (COGS & Logistics cost) for actuals as well as Rolling Forcast through permanent tracking, early detection & reporting of deviations.
- Reliable and consistent Reporting of Operations in Magnitude as well as all internal reporting (dashboard, analysis), enabling Top management to take the right business decisions.
- Identify & track productivity initiatives for the current projects.
- Secure compliance to Internal control (Dango) within the scope.
- Support ad hoc projec.
- Volatile and increasingly challenging business environment (Cogs increase, vessel constraints, Forex volatility).
- Business integration.
- Beyond Budget Rolling Forecast – increased complexity, reporting frequency & horizon.
- More sophisticated tools & processes (Themis SAP & Essbase) delivering stronger controls & efficiency however requiring stronger coordination, collaboration & anticipation.
B- Key Accountabilities
- Maintain twice a week of PRIMO COGS report.
- Monitor missing COGS not in Primo vs shipment plan and ask for it.
- Analysis of COGS v. LY (SCP/PTC/IPU) once a year.
- Animation of COGS Bridge with Vol/Price/Mix/Forex & Other impact.
- Tracking & Maintenance of Other Material costs.
- COGS (Actual v. DTBV) Recon in collaboration with DBS.
- Perform Operations reclasses in SAP.
- Maintenance in Essbase for all COGS indicators.
- Prepare and Manage postings for month end closure.
- Review challenge and validate the FY budget with D2D.
- Tracking of all logistics related cost & flag risk/ops. In Actual v. plan.
- Follow up of PO/GR process as well as approval.
- Make sure D2D team is performing the 3way matches PO/GR/Invoices.
- Prepare internal logistics bridge v. LY & Last RF & Share with stakeholders with action plans.
- Report YTD actual bridge and advice on variation and R&O.
- Tracking & Maintenance of Balance sheet accounts in scope.
- Support the business cases for operations-related projects that would come up.
- SKU-wise CO for portfolio management.
- Validating COGS for innovations.
C- Key Performance Indicators
- Forecast Accuracy – Avoid financial “surprises”.
- Reporting Accuracy & Respect to Deadlines.
- Relevance of Cost Analysis & Functional Support.
D- Job Dimensions
- Manage and interact with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
- Key Challenge and Build role in Forecasting process.
- Technical knowledge (excel macro, Themis (SAP) & Essbase).
About YouTo be successful in the role you should ideally haveBachelor And Experience
- University degree in Finance or Equivalent.
- 3-4 years successful experience in Finance, primarily in Finance Controlling / Business Controlling in Multinational FMCG environment.
Functional Competencies
- Advanced Excel and SAP is a must.
- Essbase, Magnitude and Smart view is a nice to have.
- Mastering of Controlling skills, in particular analytic & synthesis capabilities including Supply chain cycle, Business drivers, Variable vs fixed costs, Variance analysis, Forecasting principles, Stock & leadtimes impacts, Risk and opportunities management, Allocation keys, Dashboards, Accruals.
- Sound understanding of Internal Control principles including Audit & audit track principles, DanGo Internal Control rules, Fraud risk awareness, WHO Code & Right Way, CBU authorization matrix, Governance principles.

- Strong communication & presentation skills.
