Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Logistics Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the supply chain operations, managing export documentation, handling customer service inquiries, and conducting analytical assessments to ensure efficient logistics processes.

Job Description:

Processing and tracking orders.

– Upload shipments to the couriers’ platforms.

– Scheduling shipments and deliveries.

– Communicating with couriers.

– Communicating and responding to customers’ inquiries regarding shipment status.

– Maintaining inventory levels.

– Data entry and record keeping..

– Preparing logistics reports.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

– 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

– Knowledge of logistics software and systems.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Attention to detail and accuracy.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

-Work Location: Zahraa El Maadi.

-Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 day off.

  • -Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
