Junior Logistic Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
• Support the logistics team in planning and scheduling transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Help resolve any logistics issues, such as delays or damaged goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in optimizing supply chain processes for better efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship or experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
