Job Description :

• Leading the Replenishment planning of spare parts for GB workshop warehouses (PC-CV-2.3W)
• Make initial parts requisitions for all new workshops warehouses in coordination with BU.
• Follow up Purchase Spare Parts orders (Hyundai , Mazda , Gelly ,Karry, Bajaj , Volvo , OEM , Mitsubishi and Tires )
• Workshops consumable items Orders Validation ( All Commercial and Passenger workshops)
• Review the Automotive order planning KPI(s) and periodic stock analysis.
• Applying & Follow up adherence to the Authority Matrix process for Planning module.
• Ensure the execution of all (Service Level Agreements) with Bus
• Report to managers in case of any changes occur in the SLA to get the necessary update on time.
• Supervising, training, improving and directing the inventory Planning Staff
• Evaluate staff performance in day-to-day tasks that reflect on their annual performance appraisal.

Job Requirements :

Educational Requirements: BA Degree

Special Certification or Training Required:

• Specialized knowledge in automotive inventory planning

• Specialized knowledge in Automotive inventory planning ERP module

Required Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automotive field.
