Job Description: Inventory Manager
We are a leading property management company specializing in short-term rental management in El Gouna, Egypt.
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain our property inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring the availability of essential supplies for our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage property inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of essentials for seamless operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and storage of inventory items.
- Collaborate with property managers to fulfill specific inventory requests and maintain accurate records.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, theft, and damages.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to make informed purchasing decisions and optimize stock management.
- Forecast inventory needs based on property occupancy and seasonal demands.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage inventory efficiently.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and team members.
