ROLE PROFILE
- Ensures the cinema site’s inventory to ensure seamless and reliable operations .
- Manages the purchasing and replenishment of the retail products sold in the cinemas.
- Works closely with inventory supervisors and Cinema managers to review major stock discrepancies.
- Maintains the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock and ensures the storeroom meets Organization Health Safty regulations.
- Observes the correct buying and receiving protocols.
- Provides needed support to inventory control supervisors and cinema managers to control losses and decrease the variance.
- Conducts spot checking of stock and checking the expiry date and recipes.
- Purchases inventory within the agreed budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Hospitality, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 3- 5 years inventory management/supply chain management in a food/retail service environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail
- Strong computer and inventory software proficiency, to include Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
