Job Description:
As contract administrator you will be responsible for the contract fulfillment process E2E (PO issue, manufacturing, International and local transportation …)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the new contracts on Huawei systems, Follow with the head quarter team.
- Send shipping document to billing team.
- Follow the contracts revenue trigger on system.
- Equipment forecast , Typical configuration equipment
- Support the project shipment plan and try to eliminate cost and time waste (Lead Time Improvement
- Create shipment plan and follow up with the plan status through manufacturing, transportation clearance and Inbound/Outbound processes
- Create invoices, logistic budget.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Supply chain field. (preferred)
- Contract fulfillment Basic knowledge. (preferred)
- Chinese Speaker (preferred)
- Good command of excel.
- Highly self-motivated and customer centric.
- Desire to meet and exceed agreed service levels.
- Located in Giza or around areas (preferred)
- Telecommunication background (preferred)

- Excellent Time management.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- High capabilities to work under pressure.
