Industrial Engineer At ESAF

We’re Hiring: Industrial Engineer (IE) – Automotive Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join our automotive manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Improve production efficiency and optimize workflows
• Conduct line balancing and time studies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitor CAPEX and operational costs, and support budgeting activities

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automotive standards
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab is a plus)
