Is needed to be hired in Alex apparels readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria
Job description:
• Collect the line loading plan from the Planning Department
• Collect size set sample and make operation bulletin accordingly.
• Collect Operation Bulletin and make a paper layout
• Discuss with the Maintenance in charge regarding the machine, folder, attachment, and technical personnel for technical issues.
• Find out the bottleneck process and solve it
• Give daily production targets and follow-up production achievements.
• Hourly production follow-up
• Workstation design
• Prepare daily Man/ Machine report
job requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Experience needed in Garment/textile production facility
• Excellent communication skills.
• Management skills
• solve problems skills
• Fluent in English.
• Lean manufacturing – six sigma.
