Context & Environment
Manage, coach and develop the Sales Team (2 TM)
- Distribute targets by sales area, monitor individual and global channel performance
- Monitor the sales activity (volume and margins), visit reports and prospection plan of the team.
- Coordinate the weekly planning for the team
- Maintain relationship with existing distributors with regular sites visits; negotiate and sign new deals in the channel
- Follow up on investments
- Organize training of staff ensuring maximal sales efficiency
- Organize a monthly meeting with his Team and a quarterly Business Review
- Propose monthly trade promotion for the channel (focus on upgrading, specialties, slow movers)
- Coordinate with Marketing team, the annual marketing plan and provide them with the forecasts
- Organize a yearly seminar for Distributors
- Make sure that each Distributors has 1 contract (Area, volume, product mix commitments)
- Organize a quarterly “contract performance follow up” with the Distributors that have investment

Candidate Profile
- University graduate {engineering or Business}
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Fluent In Arabic and English
- Self-motivated, well-organized
- Excellent negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- High managerial skills
- Analytical skills, creativity, Innovation, and pro-activity.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
- Excellent work disciplines and ethics.
