Indirect Purchasing Specialist

📍Location: “Kasrawy for the Automobile Industry” Abo Rawash, Giza

🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for indirect materials, consumables, and services.
• Develop and maintain a qualified supplier base, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (POs), and bid analyses according to company standards.
• Conduct price benchmarking, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations to optimize cost savings.
• Collaborate with departments (Maintenance, Production, Quality, IT, HR, etc.) to understand needs and plan purchases efficiently.
• Ensure on-time procurement and delivery of required goods and services to avoid production interruptions.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with Kasrawy Group’s procurement policy and financial controls.
• Support the Indirect Purchasing Section Head in budget preparation, reporting, and supplier evaluation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement efficiency, cost reduction, and supplier management.

🔹Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing (preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
