The Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for non-production-related goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies. The role includes identifying supplier opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering supplier relationships to meet business needs.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts in coordination with the legal department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Monitor market trends to identify new procurement opportunities.
- Stay updated on pricing, availability, and technological advancements in the relevant categories.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., savings, supplier performance).
- Prepare reports for management on procurement activities and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Able to work in BNS Plant ( Preferably to be Beni Suef resident )
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
