Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager specializing in import operations to handle all related tasks:

  • Handling import operations, following up incoming and outgoing shipments, and completing the compilation & communications documents while making sure about the arrival of the goods to the company warehouse.
  • Cooperation with the various departments of the company towards the mission accomplishment.
  • Dealing with shipping and clearance companies to achieve better services at the lowest possible cost.
  • The ability to negotiate with local service providers to get the highest quality service at the best price.
  • Reception of visitors to senior management both inside and outside the company.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing the agenda and writing minutes.
  • Reservation of hotels, flights ticketing, planning travels special exhibitions.
  • Assist the senior management with all their duties by delegation.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

7+ years in managing Importing logistics.

Experience in Office management.

Mastering MS Office & Internet.

Flexible in mobility.

Fluent in English.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days a week ( Friday is off ).

Location: 4 days in Heliopolis and 2 days in Al Obour.
