We are hiring an experienced Import & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end import operations, ensuring timely clearance, cost optimization, and full compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Manage international suppliers and ensure complete, accurate import documentation.
• Negotiate and contract with shipping lines and freight forwarders to optimize costs.
• Supervise customs clearance processes, including compliance with NAFEZA platform regulations.
• Coordinate inland transportation from port to company facilities.
• Prepare and review import documents (BL, invoices, certificates of origin).
• Track KPIs and report import performance to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in import & logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and NAFEZA system.
• Proven negotiation skills with logistics providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
