Location : Badr city – Cairo
Experience: 1-3 years’ working experience in Import/Export operations
Bachelor degree in logistics or any related field
Preferred gender: Males

-Very good level of English language - very good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
-familiar with customs law and ACID procedures
Job description
-Preparing bank documents for import shipment (form 4 ) and all requirement for shipment clearance and payment
-Collaborate with local shipping lines, agents, truckers, and customs clearance.
-Liaise with suppliers worldwide.
-Handle all import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, e-invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
-Possess strong knowledge and experience with the new customs systems ACID and NAFEZA.
-Prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines and maintain accurate inventory levels.
-Monitor country import/export regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
-Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipments.
-coordinate with trucking suppliers for local transportation
-deliver invoices to finance and follow up suppliers payment
