Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts team.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the import/export of goods.
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams includes coordination with other departments, such as regulatory, finance, and Business development, to ensure smooth operations for customers.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers on their shipments’ progress.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding their shipments or products imported using our IOR Service.
- Manage the logistics of importing products from overseas suppliers into the company’s / Customer’s warehouse or distribution centers in a timely manner while minimizing costs associated with freight, customs clearance, etc.
- Create reports on account performance and present findings to senior management team.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in account management within Electronics & Appliances category
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
