1. Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, logistics, or a related field

2. Technical Skills:

• Document Management: Ability to handle import-related documents such as invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs permit, and others.

• Coordination with Suppliers and Partners: Continuous communication with foreign suppliers, shipping companies, and customs agencies to ensure coordination among all involved parties.

• Shipment and Transport Management: Ability to organize and track shipments from the source to the final destination, ensuring timely delivery.

• Use of Electronic Systems: Familiarity with inventory and shipping management systems, shipment tracking tools and Nafeza system

• Planning and Organization: Ability to organize daily tasks and prioritize import and transportation operations.

• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on shipment status, supplier performance, and transportation costs.
