HR specialist is immediately required for MIDO Coatings Company, Borg El-Arab – ALEXANDRIA

Requirements :

– Asst Human resources professional diploma is a must ( finished or in progress )
– Bachelor’s Degree is a must ( business administration or HR are preferred )
– 1: 3 years of experience.
– V.Good command of English
– Good level of practice for MS office Especially Excel.
– Excellent interpersonal skills & multitasking & Strong ability to learn and apply new skills

Job description:
– Employee engagement and retention of talent in the organization l
– Creates and updates job descriptions, leveling, and relative PMS sheets.
– Employee engagement and retention of talent in the organization.
– Assist in the recruitment and selection process for white and blue collars.
– Assist in PMS project creating.
– Identifying training needs analysis with the line manager.
– Searching for the training provider based on the training needs.
– Building the annual training programs and preparing training plans.
– Seek and gather information from the trainees regarding the effectiveness of completed training
courses and constantly seek to improve.
– Track and report training metrics.
