Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring the efficient and effective flow of materials, information, and resources across the entire supply chain, from procurement to distribution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to optimize supply chain processes.
– Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
– Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
– Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Minimum of [+15] years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.
– Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and efficiency.
