Job Description
- Manage and supervise the QM Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Design and lead initiatives with regard to the Quality Systems and Operations.
- Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility,
- Define and Steere budget for the development of activities also within the area of responsibility
- Request Q-Task-Force to production facility in case of major quality problems to support with tools, methods and know-how
- Manage and supervise multiple org units within QM Systems & Operations
- Propose and implement measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Over 8 years of proven experience within the Quality Management Systems and Operations Quality scope, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English Language
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
