Leoni Egypt is Hiring Head of Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Manages and supervises the Operational Excellence org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Operational Excellence.
Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility.
Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility.
Manages and supervises multiple org units within Operational Excellence.
Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
Functional accountability for Operational Excellence on country level.
Assures the link to central operational excellence and assure compliance with all updates.
Drives LOS conformity in the country.
Assures initiatives to meet P&L targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Very good in English language.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of Project experience.
Minimum 3 years Leadership experience
Automotive industry Experience is a must.
