Fulfillment Specialist At Chefaa

About the job

  • Responsible for executing and supplying Chefaa clients orders with an accepted Quality, in addition to invoices.
  • Documentation to the Chefaa Finance Team.
  • Following up with the shipping companies.
  • Follow up with stores/ inventory to check the available products.
  • live Tracking couriers to maintain sufficient service to the clients in answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Follow-up with our clients through Chefaa channels.
  • Maintain records and provide regular reports on fulfillment performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience 1 year in fulfillment operations in e-commerce or Shipping or B2B Marketplace.
  • Knowledge of warehousing procedures is an advantage.
  • Very Good at using Microsoft Office (excel, word..)
  • English level: Very Good- Excellent.
  • Positive attitude when engaging with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems.
