About the job
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
•Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, and shipping preparation.
•Working alongside the warehousing team to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations.
•Reviewing customer requests for order changes or cancellations, then updating inventory levels based on customer demand.
•Tracking performance metrics such as order cycle times, error rates, and customer satisfaction rates to identify areas for improvement.
•Managing a team of staff members who are responsible for processing orders and answering customer questions about products or services.
•Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is enough products available to meet demand without having excess inventory that could be damaged or become outdated.
•Ensuring that all customer orders are shipped on time according to company policies and procedures.
•Ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled by processing orders through computer systems, communicating with warehouse staff, or arranging for shipping services if necessary.
•Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.
•Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
•Optimizing procurement of inventory by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times
•Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPIs
•Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and vendor performance.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations management, with a proven track record of success, preferably in a Logistics or Food & Beverages industry.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
•Knowledge of shipping procedures and regulations.
•Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
