Job Description

• Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients as per commercial strategy
• Gather data from potential clients regarding logistics requirements
• Pitch logistics design to potential clients and secure trial shipments
• Ensure that the functions in the design are aligned with the client’s requirements
• Design logistics solutions as per client requirements while still aligning with MTS internal functions
• Prepare daily sales reports and monthly sales plans
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure high-end service delivery and overall client satisfaction
• Gather data from clients and investigate possible areas of expansion and development
• Maintain record of client information, communication history and in person visits
• Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships between company and clients in the capacity of intermediary
• Onboard new clients and support the Operations Department in the execution of service contracts
• Ensure accuracy of all service quotes and timely issuance to client
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
