Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute against larger category strategies and work under the guidance of strategic category leaders
  • Coordinate and provide oversight of contract compliance and vendor performance
  • Leading and mentoring Specialist procurement personnel. Provides guidance and training to Specialist
  • Drive innovative ways to maintain and improve procurement processes, cycle times, total acquisition costs, and customer service levels of streamlined efficiencies.
  • Analyses complex problems and deliver solutions.
  • Leading small Procurement Programs and representing legitimate concerns from business stakeholders
  • Quickly adapt to changes within the Procurement Program and be able to help reinforce changes within the business stakeholders
  • Research and keep updated on industry standards including key cost drivers affecting contracted pricing as well as supply and demand.
  • Executes against the goals set by the Category Leads /Managers/Directors
  • Develop, update, and maintain Foreign / Local Approved Suppliers List.
  • Source new Foreign / Local suppliers to improve quality, price, and credit terms for the purchased materials in compliance with the company’s strategies.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Financial Department in all banking activities and opening LCs.
  • Coordinating with the Logistics team regarding customs and transportation issues until receiving the purchased materials in the company Warehouse.
  • Assist businesses in providing documentation/evidence when responding to audit and/or regulatory inquiries.
  • Upload all related data on the system on time to capture, analyze, integrate, easily access, and interpret high-quality, real-time data which will deliver managers reach the highest quality of supply chain decisions.
  • Issue a clearance request to the logistic & clearance team, following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the factory & File all related documents, and follow the arrival date to the factory to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Update prices for regular monthly.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Relative field or equivalent related work experience.
  • Not Less than 3 years of experience.
  • Spare Parts Experience Is A Must.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Very Command of English.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
