Responsibilities
- Handle all foreign purchasing activities of export and import materials.
- Search and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- Track incoming inventory, and delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
- Organize and update the database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and evaluation of suppliers.
- Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.
- Ensure all deliveries contain all the goods requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in foreign purchasing is required.
- Experience in SAP.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Background working on “nafeza” trade
- facilitation portal in Egypt.
