About The Job
Supply Chain specialists are experts in the domains of procurement and inventory management.
They Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, including Requirements.
Gathering, Analysis, Testing, Implementation, and support.
Role Overview:
- Handling Logistics Operations for Complete Models of elevators, Spare Parts and other foreign needs from CLC and foreign vendors
- Submitting Banking Trade Documents and customs payments in accordance with Supply Chain Department
- Recording on System foreign Purchases and pricing of Spare Parts
- Applying Saving Strategy with Comepetition of OTIS Egypt Vendors and reporting on PSR
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Supply Chain, Engineering.
- At least willing to work additional or irregular hours, when needed.
- A background in JDE finance system is a plus.
- Fluent English communication is a must.
- Superb analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Very good documentation skills.
- Possessing complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills is a must.
- Ability to work and learn fast and independently with little direction.
- Able to prioritize work according to deadlines to produce assigned outcomes.
- Customer-facing experience and ability to build a trusting relationship and maintain an excellent working relationship.
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to translate user/business needs into functional software technical specifications.
