NACITA is a leading company in the Automotive & Logistics services, is looking forward to hiring Fleet Supervisor.
Operational Duties:
Shipment Coordination and Transportation Management:
Plan and coordinate efficient shipment schedules for deliveries, adhering to deadlines and maximizing fleet utilization.
Track shipments in real-time, monitor for delays, and adjust routes as needed.
Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Fleet Management and Maintenance:
Oversee routine maintenance schedules for vehicles, ensuring they comply with safety regulations and remain operational.
Conduct or oversee vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and ensure roadworthiness.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local regulations governing vehicle operations, including HSE requirements.
Implement safety programs and policies to minimize accidents, injuries, and property damage.
Develop and implement protocols for handling accidents and emergencies.
Mitigate risks associated with fleet operations, like vehicle breakdowns or driver violations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
Proven experience in fleet operation and transportation department.
Proven experience in supervisory level minimum of 2 years
