Fleet Operations & Management
- Monitor and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
- Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and performance data to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper vehicle allocation based on business needs and usage patterns.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of registration, insurance, licensing, and inspections for all fleet vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic fleet reports for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Desired Skills and Experience
1 to 3 Years of Experience in the Human resources field.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Law or a related field.
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
