Responsibilities:
-Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
-Training the drivers on driving and using the vans.
-Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
-Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
-Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
-Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
-Complying with Egyptian Department of Transport laws and regulations.
-Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
-Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
-Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
-Maintenance of warehouse handling systems (WHS) like forklift, hand pallets, etc.
-Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
To develop, implement and review the department operational control procedures.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
-From 1 to 3 years’ experience in Electrical company or FMCG
-MS office applications are a must.
-Knowledge of SAP System is a plus.
