Job Description

• Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices.
• Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes.
• Follow up regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order.
• Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations.
• Interviewing for hiring new employees.
• Training new employees on safety procedures and company policies
• Assigning routes to drivers based on customer needs.
• Monitor drivers’ itineraries via GPS and follow up on fuel consumption
