Job Role Location: Alexandria Factory – El Ameria Area
Job Description:
- Full management of inventory stock level (also conducting physical counts; stock reconciliation).
- Lead, coach and train warehouse staff; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Elaborating the Performance Management of employees.
- Maintain the WMS system and make sure stock management is done via IT systems and not manually.
- Budgeting and cost control for warehousing operations
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
- Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Manage and elaborate KPIs
Job Requirements:
- 6 to 10 Years of experience in Logistics Warehouse of manufacturing or trade firm or Logistics firm – of at least 4 years in managing warehouse team.
- BSc graduate of Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration
- Excellent English commands both spoken & written is MUST
- Excellent Ms. Office Package is MUST and Warehouse SAP module is PLUS
- Alexandria Residence is MUST
- Ability to lead a team and seek innovation of complex structure.
- Excellent communication and social Intelligence skills
- Ability to work under-stress and great flexibility
- Highly analytical & data handling skills for reporting
- Ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy
