As a Finished goods planner you’ll be responsible for managing the end to end finished goods strategy from component until production and delivery to the local organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Designing & implementing Finished Goods strategy towards optimizing finished goods inventory
  • Ensure slow moving and obsolete inventory reduction in market
  • Key interfaces include -DP market, SP business, BPO S&OP, Inventory value
  • Drives resolution of structural service, capacity, quality etc. issue with Division, escalation
  • Drives elimination of demand plan inconsistencies with markets
  • Gives guidance for executive decision making on deviations from standard allocation principles (collect data, facts)
  • Fulfils ad hoc, non-forecasted sales opportunities, escalation if certain markets repetitively place non forecasted large orders within lead-time
  • Diligently and urgently address short term availability or inventory issues, while looking into longer term supply demand imbalances
  • Own PO fulfilment cycle from requisition through Goods Receipt, working with supply and distribution teams to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Urgently react to changes in demand or supply to minimize obsolescence and inventory while maximizing customer services
  • Ensures balance between Demand & Supply and takes up prompt corrective actions where required
  • Manages daily L4L stock & availability at 12NC level
  • Manages / converts purchase requisitions (and other requirements) in SAP,
  • Review and manage MRP signals
  • Maintains Purchase Orders on internal factories, external suppliers, Supply Planning (For multiple suppliers)
  • Drives Portfolio health within or across markets
  • Manages Phase In / Phase Out materials in Systems for commercial Stock points
  • Delivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Finished goods stocking strategy
  • Replenishment order cycle management
  • Intake planning and inventory management
  • Statistical tools and techniques
  • Supply chain planning and organizing
  • Decision making and problem solving
