El Banna Group is now hiring Factory Manager – Frozen Fruits & Vegetables in
#Location: Bilbies City.
#Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and quality control
Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
#Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
More than 10 years’ experience in frozen fruits and vegetables industry.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
