-Knowledge of documentation requirements, acceptable payment terms and mode of shipment for assigned countries
-Sell company products to established and prospective customers by utilizing telephone and email communication
-Service all assigned customers, working to resolve problems or service issues they may have
Research relevant export opportunities and issues
-Prepare and implement a weekly sales plan designed to complement goals of territory and company
-Actively secure and report market and competitive information as it relates to the current activity of selling company products
-Make recommendations for assigned territory in the areas of pricing, credit, delivery, minimums, and promotions
-Define and optimize the yearly merchandizing plan
-Collect permanent & promotional needs from markets following global marketing guidelines
-Ensure reliable forecasts within the specified deadline
