About the job
– Negotiate with customers.
– Export Sales reports for discussion by the company’s management.
– Searching and finding customers abroad.
– Ongoing work with suppliers, negotiating the price and terms of payment, closing agreement.
-Coordination with the production house at regular intervals for replenishment and follow-ups, Shipment planning as well as updating customers on regular intervals.
– Responsible to open new Markets and achieve company goals. Supervision of fiscal domain, issuing invoices and orders.
– Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the business export section activity is carried out in an efficient manner that is consistent with operating procedures and policy relationships with customers.
– Ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
– Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
– Receive all the customers’ inquiries
– Prepare all the quotations, Pro-Forma invoices for the customers
– Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for effective implementation of regulatory standards
