Export senior Specialist
 Responsibilities:
-Communicate with Procurement team & material warehouse for order validation & preparation. 
-Maintain/update Order Book for all spare part orders .
-Check all received orders & ensure that the ordered codes are existing & active . 
-Communicate with customer for availability and est. lead time for spare part orders . 
-Maintain communication with Platform, customers . 
-Maintain Weights of spare parts items . 
-Maintain standard operating procedures special requirements, Material phase out and replacements . 
-Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to Manager.
-Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input – general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
-Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements:
-5~7 years work experience 
-Ability to solve problems .
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Strong English verbal and written communication skills 
-Ability to multi-task, work within time-constraints.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
-Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
