Job Description

  • Searching and finding customers abroad.
  •  Generating and enhancing the sales of the products in existing/ new foreign markets.
  •  Conducting Market Research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. 
  •  Following up placed orders with planning/ production departments along with deliveries and loading dates.
  • Emailing customers, offering new production, material/products pictures as per production plan.
  • Building and collecting customers data, contact customers and offering them our products.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order until the products are sold.
  • Ensuring that the all export activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
  • Manages key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company’s exports.
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.
  • Follow up the implementation of the customers’ production orders according to the required specifications and the agreed period.
