Export Sales specialist At Horizon Chemical “Alex”

Horizon Chemical For Special Chemicals in Alexandria is calling for (Export Sales specialist)
Job Description
1) searching for new leads.
2) Receive and review export orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Export technical and commercial offers, creating internal PO policies and international trade regulation.
3) Coordinate with the sales , purchasing and logistics department.
4) Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, export licenses, and customs declaration.
5) Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of export requirements.
6) Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the Export sales director.
7) Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.
8) Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, production, logistics, finance, and customer service, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
9) Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
10) Suggest sales process improvements.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor’ Degree in graduation from faculty of chemical engineering , science and agriculture is preferred.
2) 2+ years of experience in Export/international Sales functions.
3) Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
4) Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
5) Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
6) Having an experience in (Chemicals – Paints – Foods – Agriculture – etc. ) is preferred.
7) Fluent in English language is a must.
8) In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
9) Excellent communication ,Teamwork and motivational skills
