Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is crucial in developing international sales strategies, managing export operations, and fostering global trade partnerships. With a strong emphasis on fresh produce exports—particularly citrus—the Export Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
âś… Develop and execute international sales strategies tailored to the fresh produce industry.
âś… Manage and expand export operations, ensuring sustained business growth.
âś… Identify and establish new trade opportunities and global partnerships.
âś… Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
âś… Negotiate and manage contracts with international buyers and distributors.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in export sales, particularly in fresh produce (citrus experience is a plus).
Strong background in business planning, sales strategy, and international trade.
Expertise in negotiations and contract management with global buyers and distributors.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term international partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic export environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Agriculture, or a related field.
Previous experience in agricultural exports is highly preferred.
