Job description:
– Formulate and Lead all export strategies, plans and activities to achieve required product.
-Follow up the production plan with the factory.
– Lead all the export planning and strategic activities in order to achieve the company goals
– Monitor all existing and prospective international markets, and identify appropriate business
opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
– Communicate with all existing clients to maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction while
developing the new customers
– Ensure that the all the Export sales activities are carried out within the agreed (budgets, volume,
sales) and within the given time scale
– Manage the operational aspects of ongoing logistics requirements, serves as a liaison between,
supply chain, finance, and management
– Plan of all exhibitions throughout the year
– Take the initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that
slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
– Build a long term relation with the customers to ensure ongoing orders see less
– Deal with local customs for shipment clearance and documentation.
-Follow up documentary credits and letters of guarantee (LC).
– Liaise with shipping lines for booking of shipments and pricing request.
– Continually reviews freight costs and the prices of products to keep costs down where possible.
– Manage and negotiate terms of contracts with international importers/distributors in export markets
Recruitments:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any related field preferable in Economics or Business Administration.
– knowledge about international trade laws, customs and agreements.
– 7-10 years’ experience in fashion Retail out of which 3 years as an Export Manager.
-Strong leadership and managerial skills.
-Strong Analytical skills.
-Excellent English language skills.
