About the job
1. Coordinating with the Production department in providing and matching the exported products and achieving the quality and specifications of the products contracted with distributors in foreign markets.
2. Coordinating with the Marketing, Planning, Follow-up, and Production Department in case there are specifications for the order and before starting the production stages.
3. Approval of samples sent to clients after approval by the Quality Department.
4. Converting confirmed orders into production orders with the factory, following them up, and ensuring that they are delivered on time and conform to quantities and specifications.
5. Follow up the procedures for examining the exported products to verify that they meet the conditions and specifications prescribed in accordance with the official instructions and legislation in this regard.
6. Continuous follow-up of sales agents and brokers in the foreign market, evaluation of sales performance, receiving complaints and solving sales problems.
7. Studying and dealing with customer suggestions and complaints and monitoring the development and improvement of the level of products provided in accordance with the terms of the contract and the required specifications.
8. Communicate with customers in the foreign market and sales agents, work to stimulate exports and find opportunities for cooperation with sales and marketing companies and target markets.
9. Follow-up correspondence with international customers and receive and process shipping requests and correspondence with them.
