🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end booking process for export shipments, from initial planning to final documentation.
Prepares booking plans by researching vessel schedules, negotiating rates, and securing vessel space with carriers.
Creates and finalizes key documentation, such as the Shipping Master Terminal (SMT) and pre-alerts for destination agents.
Handles financial duties, including the timely processing and management of all Ocean Freight (OFT) payments.
Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any logistical or documentation issues proactively.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years
Solid understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
English: Very good
