– get best rates for #export #shipments from #shippinglines.
– issue export documents , and coordinate with customs clearance export shipping process
arrange loading of the shipments from factory with trucking company
– send each shipment required documents to client. , and send them status update of their cargos
– coordinate with accounting department for payment of suppliers as per contract terms.
Qualification:
– good english
– experience in export procedure/ shipping industry
– organisational and documents filing skills
– respond to clients requirements concerning their shipments
