Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator located in Cairo, Egypt. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient export process of BEAM Products and ensuring compliance with international trade standards and regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Export Coordinator collaborates with various internal departments and external shipping services vendors to coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of over three years as an Export Coordinator or a similar role in Logistics, preferably in building materials manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with export compliance and licensing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional SAP user.
• Very good English (written, reading, and speaking)
• Additional certifications in import & export, logistics, or supply chain management are desirable.
